UFC 100: Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir 2 Odds

Its finally here, UFC 100 will go down on Saturday July 11, 2009 at The Mandalay Bay Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.  This is a historic moment for the UFC and MMA in general.  Who thought it would have made it this far and it is now stronger than ever.

This star studded event will showcase some of the best MMA fighters today.  The Main Event will be a rematch between Brock Lesnar (3-1) vs. Frank Mir (12-3).  In their last meeting Lesnar was in control the whole fight then a controversial stand up by referee Steve Mazzagatti gave Mir life again.  Mir ended up submitting the inexperienced Lesnar via kneebar.  This time around we will see if Mir can overcome Lesnar’s power and size and get the takedown or will he stand and trade shots.

Also on the card we have the welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre (18-2) taking on the number 1 contender Thiago Alves (22-4). St-Pierre will look to defend his belt for the third time against a hungry and determined “Pit Bull”. Alves is currently riding n a very impressive seven fight win streak and has all intentions of making it eight. While St-Pierre is coming off the destruction of BJJ ace B.J. Penn. Then we have the two TUF 8 coaches going to war in Dan Henderson (24-7) vs. Michael Bisping (18-1).  After some argument’s on the show they will now get to settle it in the Octagon.  The crowd will definitely take this fight as USA vs. UK and Hendo will have the crown on his side.
