Junie Browning vs. Dave Kaplan
This fight, in my opinion, is only on the televised card because of Junie’s antics during the show. The kid is a nutcase and did nothing but make himself look like a moron on national television. Dana could care less because it made for entertaining TV.
Dave Kaplan also showed us he can take a punch on TV, which he claims did not knock him out. If you don’t know what I’m talking about then Google Dave Kaplan KO because it is pretty funny. Kaplan currently has a 3-1 record with a great attitude towards fighting. He loves to put on a show for the crowd and is in the octagon to fight. Kaplan is a strong wrestler, striker, and is a Jiu Jitsu blue belt under Lloyd Irvin.
Junie received honors of the first pick on the show by Frank Mir, which he probably regretted by the end of the show. Junie impressed everyone with his win to stay in the house and his aggression displayed. He does have skills, but is a head case and he lets it get the best of him. Junie is now training at Xtreme Couture, so maybe he will get his act together.
This fight will no doubt be entertaining and a tough one to call. I would much rather see Junie on the losing end of the fight, but I see Junie pulling it together via unanimous decision.
