Bellator Makes More Fights Official As Fight Card Starts To Shape Up

Earlier this week on Tuesday, Bellator officially announced a couple more illustrious fights which will transpire on their upcoming Bellator 160 fight card.

Bellator 160 is all set to take place on August 27that the Honda Center in Anaheim in California. The main event being show cased on the night will be the fight against ex UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson who will take on the formidable Patricio “Pitbull” Freire in the highlight fight of the Bellator 160 card.

Other fights which were announced are also impressive match ups that are all definitely worth tuning into. Saad Awad has been pitted against Derek Anderson in the main card as the light weight bout. Saad has a professional record of 19 wins and 7 losses while Anderson has 13 wins to 2 losses.

Another highly anticipated fight which will also transpire one Bellator 160 is one where Kevin Ferguson Jr. the son of none other than Kimbo Slice will make his debut against Compton’s Joey Davis.

Turning out focus back to the main event, the fight between Pitbull and Henderson will be televised on SPIKE where you can watch it live and for absolutely no cost at all. The fight will kick off at 10 p.m. eastern time / 9 pm central time.

Even if you are in the area and want to witness the action with your own two eyes, tickets are only $30 a pop and sales are now open at both Ticketmaster and at the Honda Center Box Office.

Both Henderson and Pitbull are proven fighters that have achieved a lot in their own right, and it is going to be a tough nut to crack in terms of predicting a winner. We will just have to wait for judgment day to see how it all goes down.
